If you're like most people in charge of the smooth running of a business, you're probably not too keen on the idea of changing your IT partner if you can help it.

After all, you're probably thinking something could go wrong.

We minimise the risk and ensure you're able to function as normally as possible.

We know this, because we've done it numerous times.

And in this episode of the Techcess technology podcast, Mark Riddell chats with Alison Henderson from Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce.

Alison and her team have been working with us for a while now, having moved over to us from their previous provider during the height of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Episode transcript

You would have probably already seen the link to the PDF above.

Here's a very quick sneak preview of that transcript in which Mark talks to Alison Henderson about Techcess in her business.

"For me, Techcess is about making everybody's job easier to let them concentrate on the bits that they want to do and that they like to do and that they do really well.

And that's the internal bit. But then the external bit is how do we continually evolve and make things interesting for our customers and for the businesses that engage with us? So we're in the process of building that, and that will take it will build on what we've already built for customers.

But it's already kind of we're aiming to make it as future proof as possible. We're looking at AI, we're looking at machine learning and how that will make it easier for us to engage with businesses, to onboard them, to kind of understand what is important to them because connect, communicate, and develop that is really important to us."
