Is your server room a snake's wedding?

Mark from m3 Networks explains how you can make your server room less of a snake's wedding!

Is your server room an absolute mess?

Are you struggling with cluttered and disorganised server rooms?

You're not alone.

As Mark explains in the episode, the teams at m3 Networks have seen a lot of server rooms that are just as chaotic as yours, if not more so!

What tips will Mark offer in this episode of Techcess?

In the episode, Mark offers his expert advice on how you can quickly and easily declutter, optimise, and properly label your space for improved functionality and efficiency.

From removing redundant equipment to replacing long cables and disposing of old IT equipment, we've got you covered.

Say goodbye to tangled cables that resemble a snake's wedding! And get ready to say hello to a well-organised server room.

Take action on your cluttered server room full of tangled cables - before it's too late!

It is important to get on top of tangled cables in your server room before it becomes too late because cluttered and disorganized server rooms can lead to decreased efficiency and productivity.

When cables are tangled and difficult to navigate, it can take longer to find and fix issues, leading to downtime and lost revenue.

Additionally, tangled cables can also be a safety hazard, as they can easily be tripped over or damaged.

"Get rid of all the old crap that's lying around in the server room. All the old IT stuff, get it disposed of properly.

There are companies out there if you search for it, recycling, things like that, that will come and pick up stuff. Now they used to come and get stuff for free, like if you had over so many devices they'd say, "Right, if you've got more than 50 devices that need recycling, we'll come and collect it for free. But nowadays they tend to charge for it."
