Do you have many different IT suppliers?

mark from m3 Networks explains what the risks are if you consolidate them (and why you should anyway!)

This episode is a must-listen for anyone who gets their IT services supplied from lots of different vendors!

In today's world where technology is constantly evolving, it's increasingly important to have a reliable source of IT services.

With so many different companies offering IT services, it can often be difficult and confusing to determine which one is right for your business.

So let's help you figure it out!

In this episode, Mark talks about VoIP services, and mentions a previous episode in which he chats with m3 Networks' vendor of choice, NFON.

Here's the link to that episode if you want to have a listen and learn more about the go-to VoIP of choice for m3 Networks customers!:

Here's where you can find all the other episodes in which we've discussed VoIP on the podcast, too.

Multiple-choice IT services vendors

You can have multiple choices for your telephony.

Even more choices for your broadband provider.

And then when it comes to the office stuff... printers, VoIP phones... the options are endless.

Fortunately, there is an alternative: consolidating your IT services with one single provider.

What's stopping you from going all-in with buying everything from your IT company?

The decision to move all your services into one simple convenient invoice doesn't come without risks.

And the point of this episode is to make you aware of those risks so you can make an informed choice about whether to stay in your current situation of having hit and miss services, or to go all in with one vendor.

"Telecoms companies for years have had it really good, I think. Because I've seen loads and loads of invoices from telecoms companies for phone systems, and it's pretty shocking what they get away with charging. For example, I've seen on an invoice where it would just say, 'maintenance fee £80'.

And that's £80 a month, not a year.

And the customer's got an on premise phone system.

They've had it for years.

They've got an 80 pound a month maintenance fee.

And I say, 'what is that for'? The customer is like 'we've no idea'..."
